It depends. You have the option to withdraw a divorce for the first 90 days, which is called "rescinding" the divorce. If you have not started the divorce process yet, you can cancel and get your marriage back if you just change your mind. But, if you have already filed a petition for divorce in court, there are other requirements that need to be met before you can withdraw it.

To rescind a divorce after filing it, generally, you must prove that there was fraud or other misconduct in the proceedings. This is often seen with people who say they were coerced into filing for divorce by someone else, like their spouse. Your petition must include why the divorce should be withdrawn and what has changed since then (the date of your petition). The court will take into account all relevant circumstances and make its decision based on what is fair to all parties involved.
